it's been a while...

I think that my last day in the life that I submitted toditl was back in June.
We were in California, camping in Santa Cruz, and I had just found out that baby #3 was on the way!

here goes.

Friday morning started with the girls - as usual - climbing all over Sol.



Now how on earth did she learn (or even think of?!) this move?


Putting on Lunabird's shoes is a family affair.



Being the line leader is serious business around here. We alternate.


Gloating is not actually allowed. But it happens.



Vixen stays in her kennel while we are away. Here she is actually waiting for us to leave.

I buckle in Birdy. She loves getting her picture taken. For the record, she looks almost exactly like I did.

A very rare, dreary day here in Texas. Makes me VERY happy. And a "cold" front this weekend? score!



Over the swamp we go.



Today is "little school" day. We drop the girls off.





Sol makes the horse into a rather fancy character. Is this for the girls? Or my benefit?
I think it's pretty funny, so I assume mine.



I drop off Sol too and head off on some errands.
Alone in the car, with gas prices like these? I feel like I'm 21 again!



1.) I don't think that I always look this sour. 
2.) I stop at Goodwill where I find 3 pairs of maternity pants for about the price I would pay for one pair. Maternity pants, ftw.
          


I stop by the yarn store because I lost my tiny circular needle. So I went to replace it. I did not go for more yarn.



I get back to school just in time to spend about a half hour with my latest before going to pick up the girls.

Turns out that the fancy horse is for their benefit - not mine :)



We usually go out to eat on payday. We go to Fuddruckers. Where you can make a perfect burger. Or, as
pictured on the right? A gross burger.
     


Traffic is kinda yucky on the way home.
It always is on Fridays.



When we get home, we grab the mail and are excited to see packages! Solstice is turning FOUR on Tuesday.

Since we had Fuddruckers for lunch, we have this for dinner.



Then, it's finally bedtime.
Nikki lives on our bed, and watches the girls as they fall asleep.
